About Me!
My name is Kaylee aka TooCold Cutz. I work in a private studio in Tampa, Florida. I have been cutting hair since 2017. 5 time award winning barber and a traveling educator. I strive to make sure my clients leave with exactly what they were looking for and to give as much attention to detail as possible. I specialize in short haircuts, specifically in wave cuts, texture cuts, creative & curly cuts, modern mullets, designs, and much more!
